Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping:

We generally ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order. In many cases we can (and do) ship the same day the order is placed (Monday through Friday). When your order is shipped, we will notify you of the shipment and provide the carrier's tracking number.

Returns:

We will gladly accept the return of any item purchased from us for 30 days provided the item is in resellable condition with all seals unbroken and in the original packaging. Outbound shipping will also be refunded. Return shipping is not covered.

If the item arrives damaged, we will refund or replace your item (at our discretion).

Returns Process:

1. Contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA). The RA number must accompany the return.
2. Prepare an itemized list of all items being returned (description, quantity), and indicate the reason for return, i.e. new, defective, etc. Please be sure to designate which items are intended for Warranty Repair.
3. Record the RA # provided on the itemized list of all items being returned.

Freight Claims:

Damaged or lost freight must be filed with the carrier immediately. Please notify us so that we may help.

Backorders:

Occasionally we will be out of stock on an item you have ordered. In these rare instances, we will backorder your order and notify you by email as to when we believe we can ship your items. If you do not want to wait, you may cancel your order and we will issue a refund.
